View SitemapLaborate Pharmaceuticals aligns its data processing practices with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA), the Information Technology Act 2000, and GDPR principles. We operate on a minimal data collection model: we collect only what is necessary, for defined purposes, and retain it no longer than required.
Laborate Pharmaceuticals maintains a formal Pharmacovigilance system under Schedule Y of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act 1940, ICH E6 guidelines, and CDSCO requirements. All adverse drug reactions — whether serious or non-serious — must be reported promptly.
If you have experienced or observed an adverse drug reaction to a Laborate product, please contact our Pharmacovigilance team directly. All reports are treated as priority cases and handled by qualified medical assessors.
Events resulting in hospitalisation, disability, life-threatening situations, or death must be reported to our PV team within 15 days of awareness. All ICSRs are submitted to PvPI (Pharmacovigilance Programme of India).
All adverse events, including minor unexpected reactions, are valuable to our safety database. We encourage healthcare professionals and patients to report any unexpected product response, regardless of severity.
Product quality complaints — including defective packaging, contamination, mislabelling, or batch anomalies — should also be reported to our PV team at pv@laborate.com for immediate investigation.
