Ajay Bhatia, a first generation entrepreneur, is a Promoter and founder of Laborate Pharmaceuticals India Limited and has extensive industrial experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He is serving as Whole-time Director on the Board of Directors of the Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in pharmacy and joined his father’s business in 1985. Having a well-honed intellectual brain filled with huge hopes, he floated the Laborate Pharmaceuticals India Limited in 1990. He had immensely buoyant philosophies and distinct attributes to turn his vision into reality. Strong Relationships with vendors, employees, business partners and customers are our core strength

Mr. Sanjay Bhatia

Managing Director

Sanjay Bhatia is a Promoter and co-founder of Laborate Pharmaceuticals India Limited and joined the Laborate just after completing his graduation. He is also serving on the Board of Directors of the Company as Whole-time Director. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce. He led the company’s expansion and has extensive and comprehensive sales and marketing experience. He radiates absolute energy and tremendous aggression to develop pathways and attain goals. Healthcare is not a privilege but a basic Human Right!

Parag Bhatia is second generation entrepreneur and son of Mr. Ajay Bhatia, Founder of the Laborate Pharmaceuticals India Limited. After completion of his bachelor’s in Economics and post-graduation as Masters of Science with a Gold Medal from the United Kingdom, he joined corporate affairs with the new vision in 2015. He is also serving on the Board of Directors of Directors as Whole-time Director. Being a young and enthusiastic leader, he has ardor to turn the vision of Laborate into reality. Our vision is to provide best Healthcare not only across the nation, but worldwide!

Arpit Bhatia is second generation entrepreneur and son of Mr. Sanjay Bhatia, Co-founder of the Laborate Pharmaceuticals India Limited. He joined the Company as General Manager in 2018. He is actively and aggressively taking charge of the Marketing and Sales division. He holds a Business Studies (Economics & Marketing) degree from Pennsylvania State University, USA and is now designated as Whole-time Director on the Board of Directors of the Company.

Mr. Sanjay Kundu

Director (Independent)

Sanjay Kundu, IPS 1989 (Rtd.), Ex-Director General of Police (H.P.)has been appointed as Independent Director of the Company. He is an alumnus of Harvard University, National Defence College and the University of Minnesota (U.S.) and has several accolades & awards to his credit including the President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service, the Police Medal for Gallantry and the U.N. Medal. His role as Independent Director is to render an objective and independent viewpoint to the Board’s policy formulation and strategic decisions. He shall act as the guardian of stakeholders’ interests with a focus on promoting transparency, accountability, and strong corporate governance.

All Facilities Certified

WHO-GMP certification achieved across all five manufacturing facilities — a milestone that opened regulated export markets across Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Executive Committee Restructured

USFDA Audit Clearance

Successful USFDA audit clearance for key facilities. Global governance framework aligned to ICH Q10 pharmaceutical quality system guidelines, strengthening regulatory credibility worldwide.
